Privacy Policy
At Avorqis S.A.S. we handle your personal data with the same care we apply to every real estate project we operate: clear processes, verifiable controls and a logic designed to protect your trust. This document explains what information we collect, why we use it and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Avorqis S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892340-4, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 2848, 7th floor, office B, C1193AAR, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us in writing at hola@avorqis.com for any question related to this policy.
2. Data we collect
We only receive the data you choose to share through the contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write. In addition, we automatically log limited technical information such as browser type, visit date and pages consulted, solely for technical diagnostics and service improvement.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used to respond to your enquiry, send you information about projects and opportunities when you request it, comply with regulatory obligations before the CNV and prevent misuse of the site. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to these objectives.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free and informed consent (Argentine Law 25.326), on the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to the collective financing sector and, when appropriate, on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and quality of the site.
5. Retention
We keep the data strictly for the time needed to fulfil the purposes described and, in any case, for the periods required by applicable Argentine regulations. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Recipients and processors
We may share data with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, transactional email, analytics) under agreements that ensure a level of protection equivalent to ours. Your data is never used for purposes other than those stated.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers operate servers outside Argentina. When this happens, we require contractual guarantees that meet the standards set by the Access to Public Information Agency and the provisions of Law 25.326.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update or delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights you can write to hola@avorqis.com stating your request and attaching a copy of your ID. We reply within the timeframes provided by law.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or improper disclosure. No system is infallible, but we review our controls regularly and report any relevant incident in accordance with regulations.
10. Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, 3rd floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to our processes. We will always publish the current version on this page, with the last update date visible at the top of the document.
