Cookie Policy
This policy describes what cookies are, which ones we use on avorqis.com and how you can manage them. We work with Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure that no marketing or analytics cookie is activated until you grant your explicit consent.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. They are used for basic functions, to analyse site usage and, when you allow it, to personalise content or measure advertising campaigns.
2. Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its advanced version. This means that consent states (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage, functionality_storage, personalization_storage and security_storage) are initialised as 'denied' by default. They are only updated to 'granted' after you interact with the banner. In the meantime, we enable ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough to minimise data exposure.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary: guarantee the basic functioning of the site and cannot be disabled. Analytics: allow us to understand the aggregate behaviour of visitors. Marketing and advertising: integrate with Google Ads and other platforms to measure the performance of our campaigns. Personalisation: remember your preferences to improve the experience.
4. Third-party cookies
When you accept marketing or analytics cookies, we may activate third-party services such as Google Ads (AW-18064110603) and Google Analytics 4. These services operate under their own policies and are subject to Consent Mode v2, respecting the consent state communicated from our site.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can change your choices at any time from the cookie banner or by clearing your browser's local storage, which will bring the banner back on your next visit. You can also block cookies from your browser settings; in that case, some features might not work correctly.
6. Duration
Your preferences record is stored in your own browser (localStorage) for 12 months or until you decide to delete it. Third-party cookies have the duration set by each provider and detailed in their respective policies.
7. Regulatory compliance
Our implementation complies with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, the guidelines of the Access to Public Information Agency and the requirements of Google Consent Mode v2 for advertising and measurement campaigns.
